First and third periods finished Part II--hooray. Second, unfortunately, did not. I've thought all day whether I wanted to lead you through it here or wait until tomorrow. We're going with tomorrow. But you should be brilliant by then.
Everyone, take a quick look at this website. The link takes you directly to Kafka's letter to his father; spend a little time perusing that long letter. How much time on the letter for tomorrow? About 15 or 20 minutes of skimming--scroll down enough to get an idea of overall length, and pause several times to read various sections. Electronic texts leave much to be desired--pagination, for example--and this letter has never been edited for section headings. But please do give it a once-over before class-time on Friday. And notice all the other links at the top of the page; take a few minutes to cruise though the photos, and check out what it says about Kafka's religion.

REMINDERS:
- Don't forget to post to turnitin.com if for some reason you had not done that by classtime today.
- And, yes, if you haven't gotten the Senior Project material signed, join the line-ups tomorrow. I'll be here by seven.
