Have 2-3 ideas by tomorrow (BEFORE you get the hand-out) of elements that might be worthy of consideration for your Tess/SofS paper.  "Worthy" means you can't have it all figured out yet; expect to spend some serious time digging out little things and a range of support that will lead you to deeper insight and understanding of the artistry and meaning of both novels.
