Make-ups
Thanks to the several folks who came in this afternoon to make up either Friday's Hamlet test or today's closed-book essay. If you missed either of those grand occasions, please come in tomorrow morning. You'll want a full period (i.e. 55 minutes) for the test, and the standard AP 40 minutes for the essay. Plan accordingly--you should be out and on your way by 9:30 or 9:35 at the latest.
TODAY IN CLASS
Yes, the in-class timed write. A moment or two at the end for Crime and Punishment opener. (Literally--the first sentence only in 2nd and 3rd--into the next paragraph in 1st.)
FOR TOMORROW
Read Chapters 1-3 of Part I. Continue forging full-steam ahead: by Friday, be done with Part II.
