TODAY IN CLASS
Monday. Act III, Scene ii--The "nunnery" scene. We had fun with this, but we didn't get much farther. But tomorrow we will most definitely finish Act III. It's fairly long. Use the study questions as a guide, but they are really not as complete as they could be.
SO READING--
You should be finished with Act IV by now. Use the questions to your advantage. Be reading Act V--I'll have questions on Act V for you tomorrow. By Wednesday, I'll be assuming that you have read through to the end, and the "end point" will govern part of our discussion of the earlier parts.
Also--you will have some short quizzes this week. Expect a "you better do well on this" kind of quick quiz over Acts I and II on Wednesday, and a "reading check" before we talk about it quiz on IV and V on Thursday. (I'm not sure what I'll do with III--maybe I'll pull the passage analysis from this scene. (More on that later.)
