TODAY IN CLASS
I saw 1st and 2nd period for less time than usual--but enough for the Atonement timed write assessment--and 3rd period was here for an extended class filled with such entertainment as sitting quietly, listening to the lower campus alarms, practicing lining up (you were experts), and finally breaking into idle chatter for the last five minutes or so. Downright thrilling. Oh, and in between, 3rd period also managed to do the timed write.

If you were absent either Friday or Monday, arrange the Atonement make-ups ASAP.

FOR TOMORROW
Bring either your big lit book or a complete print-out of the Steinbeck story. And don't forget to do the RRJ questions posed in last Thursday's blog. . .
