IN CLASS TODAY
Some informal group discussion of Mrs. Linde, Dr. Rank, references to Nora's father, Krogstad's role, character traits, and intriguing sub-texts, and Nora's behavior with Kristine, Krogstad, and her children. Not much of this actually got discussed by the whole class. However, we make sure everyone knew the nature of Nora's actual legal crime, and we looked at her overall situation as it stands at the end of the first act.
FOR TUESDAY
Read all of Act II, and for Wednesday, finish the play.
